Those pillars include a confidential, eight-page audit of the customer’s home, a prioritized list of potential household modifications, professional installation, and complete follow-through and evaluation after the modifications are complete. During a home audit, many questions are asked about each area of the home including the kitchen areas, bath areas, bedrooms and living rooms, entryways, foyers, task areas including work areas, sewing rooms, etc. Each area is assessed for need.
Once the completed list of potential modifications is made the homeowner, with the help of a family member or friend, chooses which modifications are the most important. Those areas with the greatest need(s) are modified first.
